This luxurious self-contained two-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of the Arc building is situated within Belfast’s landmark residential and commercial development Titanic Quarter, which is the new “heart” of the city. Both the lounge and the master bedroom boast a floor-to-ceiling, full-width window and lighted balcony overlooking the famous Harland & Wolff twin Samson & Goliath shipbuilding cranes, icons of the Belfast skyline for almost forty years and landmarks of the site where the HMS Titanic was built. The apartment balconies are private and not overlooked by neighbouring rooms. One is accessible from one of the bedrooms, the other one is directly situated at the spacious and modern lounge area with open plan kitchen.

Area Activities

Belfast and Northern Ireland don’t disappoint. Lonely Planet and Fodors have named Belfast as one of the world’s must see destinations. The city’s Titanic heritage, top-class restaurants, hotels and shopping – not to mention stunning mountains and coastline just a short drive away – are all part of the appeal. A vibrant arts and cultural sector exists with additional infrastructure added with the Lyric Theatre redevelopment and the Metropolitan Arts Centre (MAC).

Neighbourhood – Situated in the heart of the Titanic Quarter this apartment is ideal if you are planning a visit to the SSE Arena, Titanic Museum or the Pump House. From The Arc apartment building it is only around 10 minutes walk into the City Centre.

There is a Mace nearby for your groceries and the Belfast Baking Company sells wonderful bread and cakes. There are a few restaurants in the area, worthwile are The Red Panda, Pizza Hut, the Dock Cafe, Cast & Crew, Soda Joes and The Streat. Some of them also do nice breakfasts. The Odyssey Pavilion has several bars if you would like to go for a drink in the nearby area.

Transport – The City Centre is about 10 minutes walk so here you have everything at your doorstep. There is a bus stop across the street, check Metro Link for the times and schedules. A taxi into the Centre would be around £5.

This location is easily accessible by car and is situated just off the Motorway and ring road. There is one private, free and secure parking place available in an underground carpark. A second pay and display space is available at a charge of £6 per day.
