The property is situated on the main Cregagh Road in and out of Belfast city centre. There is free off road car parking to the front of the property for 1 car as well as plenty of parking in the nearby streets. There is also easy access to the motorways.

The property has a private entrance into a small hallway. On the first floor there is a large lounge with a sofa and chairs complete with tv, there is also a seating and dinning area. That leads into a kitchen with utility room and a bathroom. The bathroom has a full size bath combined with a shower unit and wash hand basin. Access to the garden is through the utility room. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and another good sized bedroom with 2 single beds. On the 2nd floor there is another double bedroom.

Area Activities

Located in a nice residential area in South/East Belfast, this house is very close to the local grocery shops. There are no pubs in the immediate area but the city centre is only 2.5 miles away. For food we can recommend the Pharaoh Take Away for excellent kebab, burgers and chips and The Belvedere Cafe, a lovely bring-your-own restaurant on Cregagh Road that serves breakfast and brunch but also some meals on Friday and Saturday nights. The Kingspan Stadium at Ravenhill is the home for Ulster Rugby is within walking distance of this house.

Bus 6A will take you into the City Centre, please check Metro Link for the details. There is plenty of on street parking available nearby free of charge. A taxi into the City Centre would be around 6 to 7 pounds. The property is approximately 30 miles from the Belfast International Airport and around 7 miles from the George Best city airport. Central train station is around 2 miles away.
