The entrance to the property is by using a private front doorway just off the street. You will then find yourself in a small hall with a stairway at the bottom and a door on the right, leading to the main living and dinning area.

To the left is an other door to the kitchen and small rear yard. The living/dinner area has 2 chairs and a 3 seater sofa, a large widescreen tv to the front of the room and a large bench like dinning table (enough to seat 6 guests )nearer the kitchen/rear of the room. The rear yard area us suitable for smokers of just relaxing and has seating for 2. Heading up the stairway, the bathroom is on the left hand side and has a full sized bath, separate shower and a wash hand basin. On the first floor you will also find a double bedroom with storage cupboards.

Going on up the stairs to the second floor, there are 2 further bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other is a large double bedroom with an additional double bed sofa. The property has been recently refurbished and freshly repainted.

Area Activities

6 Glendower Street is situated in the East side of Belfast, just off the main Cregagh road. Approximately 2 miles from the city centre, you can easily walk into town in around 20 minutes, or there is a regular bus service running just a 20 metre walk away from the property. That will take you straight to Belfast city hall in around 5 minutes. Local taxi’s will charge around £5 for the journey.

Parking is free in the area but it should be noted that there are restrictions on the main Cregagh road, please check the signs before leaving your car unattended. The Cregagh road is a very busy shopping area for local people going about their day to day routine and there are ample grocery shops and cafes within a few minutes walk.
