This amazing apartment is located on the edge of Belfast City Centre at St. John’s Wharf and overlooks the River Lagan. The property has a high quality modern finish throughout and is light and spacious. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a modern building close to the Belfast Train Station. There are security gates at the front of the apartment block and a large carpark. There is no parking space available with the apartment but in some cases we can provide a space at an extra charge when available. This property has a shared lift to the 4 floor. Within the apartment itself there are no stairs so this apartment is suitable for wheel chair access.

St John’s Wharf Apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and would fit four people maximum. There is an open plan kitchen annex living room that also gives immediate access to a balcony overlooking the River Lagan and the iconic cranes in the Titanic Quarter. There is also a roof terrace at the rear with a great view of Belfast City Centre. The bathroom has a shower area, a wash hand basin but no bath.

Area Activities

The apartment has an excellent location. It is only a short walking distance of most things you would like to do and see in the City Centre or Titanic Quarter. City Hall is only about 5 minutes walk which means you have all the shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs of the city at your doorstep. This also goes for the Waterfront Hall, the SSE Arena and the Titanic Museum.

There is obviously a lot of choice of restaurants in the city centre but still we would like to recommend a few restaurants that are really close to the apartment and have a great reputation: OX, Holohan’s at the Barge and Tedford’s restaurant.

The apartment is next to the Belfast Train Station, that is only 2 minute walk away from St. John’s Wharf. The Bus Station is about 10 minute walk and there is a bus stop for local buslines around the corner. Check Metro Link for more information on the local buslines.

Unfortunately there is no parking available with this property. Both the nearby Hilton Hotel and Central Train Station have coverered carparks and we recommend that you check these for terms and conditions and charges. Due to its central location this apartment is easily accessible, it is close to the motorway and the outer ring of Belfast.
