This luxury 3 bedroom ……… house named Sans Souci house is situated on the ever popular and well respected area of Malone Rd.

With many of its original features both inside and out, it boasts huge character and proves to be a most pleasant dwelling for a short stay for people of all needs.

Upon entry into the property, there is a spacious, well lit entrance hall where there is marble flooring, a dining area, the original open fire, and an elegant chandler above the dining table to add some class.

From this entrance into the right, you follow though to the kitchen area where there is also additional dining seating. The kitchen has all the mod cons you would expect including a 5 ring gas cooker, granite worktops and a large fridge. There is also an built in coffee machine and a central island with sink.

To the left of the entrance hall, there is a casual front lounge seating area, which has huge luxury sofas to relax and enjoy some quiet time. Again this room has its original open fire to add to the character of the house.

On the 1st floor, there is a very spacious landing which leads into the beautifully decorated in Greek style, first bathroom. This bathroom holds a double shower, bath and sink.

From there, you come onto the first bedroom, which has its own en-suite. This beautifully decorated en-suite has a deep set bath hidden away, perfect for relaxing and winding down in complete silence.

Just outside this bedroom, there are double doors, which open out onto a veranda, which is ideal for those leisurely and peaceful breakfasts in the morning sunshine.

The next room on the first floor is the second seating area, where there is a television and huge sofas where you and/or your family or other guests can relax, kick back and enjoy each other’s company. The striking feature in this room again is the original open fire, which is beautifully decorated in its unique Victorian tiling.


On the 2nd floor, there is a very elegant bedroom which holds a magnificently restored Victorian double bed and also has a chaise lounge situated at the window. There is no en-suite connected to this room.

On the 3rd floor, there is a large family bedroom, which is perfect for the kids to sleep and play in. The bedroom has a double bed, and 2 singles. It also has its own en-suite standard bathroom, which is great to get the kids ready for waking up and putting to bed all in the same area.


The house itself has many features sympathically restored to ensure the character of the house is not lost. These include double-glazed windows and the ceilings have the original cornices. The house is mainly decorated in art work from African origin.

Outside, there is a large driveway which has room for 3 cars with the gates closed. There is also a courtyard which is open from the kitchen, where you can relax and enjoy evening or lunch time meals.

General features of the house include, a specialised security lock, smoke alarm system, a built in carbon monoxide detection system, and a sound system which can be played throughout the entire house.
