HOW DO WE CHECK IN?

Checkin is by prior arrangement only. As none of our properties have on site staff, please contact us to confirm arrival times before you begin your journey to Belfast. If you fail to do this, you may encounter long waiting times until we can get staff over to check you in.


WHAT ARE YOUR CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES?

Check in times are from 2pm until 8pm unless previously arranged in advance with the management. You can check out anytime up until 10am unless previously arranged in advance with the management. Checking in or out, outside of these times, may incur an extra charge.


WHEN DO WE PAY OUR DEPOSIT AND WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

Your booking is only provisional until we have received your deposit. Booking deposits are due at least 30 days prior to arrival or immediately if booked at shorter notice. You final balance can be paid on arrival but we recommend you pay this earlier to ensure a smooth and quicker check-in.


IS THERE A SECURITY AND DAMAGES DEPOSIT.

Yes, we require a £100 deposit on each property. This will be returned to your card after we have cleaned and inspected the property for breakages or damage. Please keep us informed at all times if anything needs replaced or repaired.


WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A booking may be cancelled anytime up until 14 days before your arrival dates for a full refund. If cancelled within 14 days of your arrival, 100% of the first nights stay will be charged.


DO WE PROVIDE TOWELS AND BED LINEN?

Yes, all bed linen and towels are provided at the property and included in the price.


ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Please ask.


DO YOU SUPPLY CHILD COTS?

Yes, we supply child cots free of charge at our properties. Please ask us about them.


ARE EXTRA BEDS AVAILABLE?

Sorry we do not have any extra beds available at our properties.


IS THERE PARKING AND ARE THERE ANY CHARGES?

Please check the respective properties for details on the parking arrangements.

IS THIS PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?

Two of our properties are unfortunately not suitable for disabled people due to stairs. Please check the property pages.


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

All heating and electric charges, all bed linen, towels and cleaning charges.


DO YOU SUPPLY TOILETRIES?

We supply body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
